As Director of Strategy, she leads multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that the strategy and goals are implemented for each client at Kanopi. Jessica is active in the crafting of user-first experiences from initial discovery, through the strategy, UX, creative and technical development lifecycles to create sites that delight.
Jessica has a proficient aptitude and deep background in software product management, responsive Web design and mobile app development. With 10+ years of experience, she executes simple to complex experiences while ensuring that business goals and brand strategy drive their implementation.
Well-versed in both waterfall and iterative agile development methodologies, Jess closely collaborates with clients to safeguard the success of the project through effective risk identification, mitigation and expectation alignment tactics — which fosters long-term, trusting partnership with clients.
Working with B2B, B2C and non-profit brands like Volkswagen, Chrysler, the San Francisco Public Library, the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, La Madeleine and more, she is intimately familiar with a wide array of technologies and needs.
While Jessica feels honored to work with uber skilled Kanopians every day, outside of work she is a passionate mommy to two beautiful girls. In her free time, she CrossFits, sews and spends as much time as possible on the water.
